TopMention provides AI-visibility scans, reports, optional Fix Sprints, and Tracking + Monthly Tune-Up. Free scans are provided as-is. Paid deliverables are described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.
You must provide an accurate store domain and a working email. You represent that you are authorized to request a scan of that store. We may rate-limit or refuse scans that appear abusive.
If a paid report finds no meaningful issues and we cannot produce a useful fix list, we will refund the first month on request.
AI answers change. Our scans use model APIs with retrieval and a fixed prompt panel; they approximate but do not perfectly mirror every consumer ChatGPT/Claude/Perplexity/Gemini UI. Scores and recommendations are advisory — not a guarantee of rankings or revenue.
Do not reverse-engineer the Service for competitive scraping, resell raw scan data without permission, or use the Service for unlawful activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TopMention is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a paid order is limited to the fees you paid for that order in the prior 3 months.
